The new CHP Soft FM helpdesk will start operation on Wednesday 1 April 2020. The new service, being operated by OCS, will provide a central number for tenants and TLMs to log all Soft FM jobs.
CHP’s mobilisation team has been working with OCS to ensure a smooth handover to the new service and tenants will be able to log the jobs through:
- The phone number will remain the same number as the previous helpdesk – 0116 464 0748
- Email address: Helpdesk.CHP@OCS.com
In addition, members of the CHP Property team will now have access to an on-line portal in order to log and follow up jobs.
Please note that where previously there have been different numbers for Soft FM suppliers, all calls will now be dealt with via the central helpdesk who will pass on jobs to the correct contractor.
The new helpdesk benefits from a user-friendly interface and it will provide a single access number to log jobs, which will then be passed on to the relevant contractor for the individual building.
Services covered by the helpdesk include cleaning, security, window cleaning, grounds and gardening, feminine hygiene, pest control, clinical waste, domestic waste, confidential waste, gritting and medical gases.
