The CHP 2020 customer satisfaction survey is live until 15 October 2020. We really want to hear your views of our service so we can work to continuously improve it.
If you are a CHP tenant, commissioner, GP or member of an organisation using our buildings to deliver a service, you will receive an email link to the survey which is being undertaken by a totally independent outside survey company to guarantee confidentiality.
Customer satisfaction is one of CHP’s main priorities for this year and beyond. We are working to get a rounded picture of what the customers using our buildings think of us and our service. We will be producing an action plan based on the results and other feedback so that we can continue to make a positive difference to all the people using our buildings.
We have a real commitment to continuous service improvement and the feedback we receive from this survey will help us to identify any priority areas for improvement and also, of course, good practice which we can share across the Company.
