CHP is operationally organised into five regions: London,  South, Midlands and East, North East and Yorkshire, and North West. This allows us to be responsive to local needs across all functional areas of the business. We deliver our business through functional teams.

The Property Management Team provides all aspects of asset and property management, in our role as Head Tenant.  This includes a centre management service, who are CHP’s onsite staff managing the day to day operations of 308 healthcare properties ensuring our tenants requirements are met and liaising with our LIFT Company partners, Hard FM and Soft FM suppliers.
The Investments Team provide effective stewardship of our public private partnerships through monitoring, evaluating, driving value and benefit from the portfolio.
The Commercial Team includes our Developments, Technical Advisory and Partnering and Engagement teams.  They are experts in planning, developing and delivering new builds or variations to existing health centres to meet the changing models of care.  They also actively contributing to developing the NHS estate of the future, partnering with local systems to ensure our buildings are responsive to changing patterns of health and social care delivery.
These teams are supported by an Executive Team and Corporate Services which include business information, communications, finance, human resources and payroll.
