CHP launched a Volunteering Strategy in June 2023

The volunteering programme aims to contribute to CHP’s annual Social Value measure and provide opportunities for our employees to engage in altruistic activities that can increase their sense of social connectedness and confidence. The programme aims to provide opportunities for participants to develop a sense of purpose and enhance their skills. 

All CHP employees, irrespective of their status or position within the company, are entitled to up to two days of paid volunteering leave per year.
