Our Property and Operations teams support tenants, managing and insuring that our buildings remain top quality core assets within the NHS LIFT estate.
Our Customer Services, Health and Safety and Sustainability teams support delivery with our Operations and Relationships Managers within our buildings acting as our representatives.
Our finance teams provide financial services across all areas of the company. The financial control function provides support in the form of billing, credit control, accounts and planning.
Our property finance team looks after the financial performance of our estate and works closely with our regional teams.
Our in-house Developments Team is our centre of excellence for the delivery of new build projects and variations to existing LIFT buildings. Their expert management and delivery of infrastructure projects enables the transformation of local health and care services to meet clinical needs.

The Communications, People and Culture Team is key to supporting CHP to deliver its business objectives. The team provides external and internal communications and engagement expertise, HR support and comprehensive learning and development opportunities, and supports the development of a positive culture across the Company. Our aim is to support the provision of a workplace in which everyone can thrive.
Our Strategic Business Development (SBD) team works across England delivering new local place-based relationships, identifying opportunities to complement and enhance CHP’s offer across the LIFT portfolio. It supports the development and delivery of infrastructure strategies, Community Diagnostic Centres and improved building utilisation and productivity to meet clinical needs and improve outcomes for patients.
The team provides expertise in IT, business intelligence, digital projects and digital estates. They provide solution focused digital transformation, including app development and process automation, improving operational efficiency, proactively developing data insights and performance reporting to support decision making as well delivering robust cyber security solutions across CHP as as a whole.
