Last week (20 November) we celebrated a number of staff successes and achievements across CHP, at the annual all staff Company Day taking place in Birmingham.
While updates from senior leaders on operational priorities were a key focus, CHP also recognises the importance of acknowledging success and celebrating key achievements by colleagues across the organisation.
During the event we commemorated the exceptional contributions of the teams and individuals who have gone above and beyond in the last Quarter.
CHP’s Employee Awards are about recognising those efforts and letting our employees know how valued they are. Many of our employees work tirelessly to support their customers, so it is important for us to say thank you. There are many dedicated employees who are a credit to CHP in many different areas and lines of work.
The awards focussed on a number of categories, including:
- Limelight award which recognises individuals or teams on the front line whose work has made a significant and visible impact on our organisation, partners, and the communities we serve.
- Footlight award which recognises individuals or teams in support service roles who may operate in the background, but provide consistent excellence, reliability, and support.
- Innovation and Impact Award
- Social and Environmental Contribution Award
- Long service
- The CEO Award
Award winners represented a diverse range of achievements, from individuals being recognised for their unwavering professionalism and empathy in managing complex site changes, supporting colleagues and tenants with compassion and resilience, to team achievements for delivering critical system overhaul under intense pressure, whilst remaining calm, resilient and working as a team to find innovative ways to overcome complex challenges.
It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate these successes and reaffirm that our people are CHP’s greatest assets.
