Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is celebrating an outstanding achievement after receiving nine nominations across the Government Property Awards 2026, recognising the organisation’s people, projects and teams for their contribution to the public estate.  

This year’s nominations more than double CHP’s representation at the awards compared with 2025 and underline the organisation’s growing influence in shaping a sustainable, innovative and community-focused NHS estate. 

CHP’s nominations span a range of categories, highlighting their leadership in transforming healthcare infrastructure, supporting sustainable estates, driving innovation and developing future talent across the NHS and wider public sector.  

Among the shortlisted entries are Lee Williams, Operations and Relationships Manager, for Community Impact, Connie Lee, Senior Communications Manager, and Julia Norsworthy, Strategic Estates Productivity Lead, in the Leadership category, recognising their contribution to driving strategic change and delivering value across CHP’s portfolio. Francis Summers, Project Manager, has been shortlisted for the Keystone Award, while Jess Leslie, Strategic Estates Productivity Lead, has been recognised in the Rising Star category.  

CHP’s teams have also secured recognition across several prestigious categories. The Strategic Business Development Team has been shortlisted for Impact & Innovation, the Technical Services Team for Sustainability, and the Midlands Team for Transforming Places.  

In addition, the landmark Newton Community Hospital project has been shortlisted for Project of the Year, reflecting the team’s success in delivering modern, sustainable healthcare infrastructure that supports improved patient care and community wellbeing.  

CHP’s strong representation across this year’s shortlist reflects the breadth of expertise within the organisation and its continued commitment to supporting the NHS through high-quality LIFT estate solutions and our customers.
