Community Health Partnerships (CHP) has published its latest Social Value Report, showcasing how the organisation, alongside its tenants and supply chain partners, generated more than £57 million in social value during 2025/26.
The report highlights the positive impact being delivered across CHP’s estate, from supporting local employment and community wellbeing to improving accessibility, volunteering and environmental sustainability.
Through its healthcare buildings, partnerships and programmes, CHP continues to create benefits that extend beyond the delivery of healthcare services, helping to build healthier, more resilient communities across England.
The report also showcases a range of initiatives delivered throughout the year, including community-focused projects, accessibility improvements, environmental enhancements and activities that support local people and neighbourhoods.
This year's report highlights the collective impact being delivered across our estate through strong partnerships and a shared commitment to communities. We are proud of the social, environmental and economic value being generated and the difference it is making to our patients, local communities and our planet.

CHP’s Buildings at the Heart of the Community initiative aims to encourage local community groups and charities to make the most of our buildings by enabling the use of space in our centres to host health and wellbeing related events.

Aligning with the NHS target of achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2040, the team at CHP are committed to achieve Net Zero Carbon for the LIFT estate by 2040 and 2030 for our corporate functions.
