CHP picks up four awards at Government Property Awards 2026

Earlier this week (23 September), Community Health Partnerships (CHP) secured four awards at this year’s Government Property Awards, recognising the achievements of its people and teams across a range of categories.

The prestigious annual awards which took place in Central London brought together professionals from across the Government Property profession to celebrate outstanding individuals, teams and organisations driving excellence, innovation and impact across the public sector estate.

CHP was proud to secure nine shortlisted nominations this year, demonstrating the breadth of talent and expertise across the organisation. Of these, four were recognised by the judges, including Jess Leslie, Strategic Estates Productivity Lead for the South, who won the Rising Star Award.

Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and shortlisted nominees on their well-deserved recognition.

It was fantastic to attend this year’s Government Property Awards and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our colleagues and teams alongside peers from across the profession. To receive nine shortlisted nominations and be recognised across three award categories is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to the talent, dedication and innovation that our people demonstrate every day.

I'm delighted to have been awarded the Rising Star award at this year’s Government Property Awards. It was already such an honour to be shortlisted, so to win this award is a special moment. CHP has given me some incredible opportunities, and I have been fortunate to work with people who have trusted me and supported my development. Winning this award feels like fantastic recognition for how far I've come at CHP, but it also reflects the many people who have helped and inspired me along the way.
