Community Health Partnerships (CHP) has appointed Ian Adams MBE as its new Director of Corporate Services.
Joining CHP on 1st September, Ian will lead the organisation’s corporate services functions of Communications, People and Governance, and will also become a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Ian joins CHP from NHS Resolution, where he has held a similar role and brings significant experience across corporate services, governance and organisational leadership. This is a newly created senior role for CHP and reflects the organisation’s continued growth and evolving priorities.
I am delighted to welcome Ian to CHP. He brings a wealth of experience from across the NHS and a strong track record of leading corporate services functions. This newly created role reflects the scale and ambition of the organisation as we continue to deliver against our strategic priorities, including neighbourhood health and Securing the Future.
I am excited to be joining CHP at such an important time for the organisation. CHP has a strong reputation across the NHS and plays a unique role in supporting healthcare delivery and estate transformation across England, bringing benefits to patients and communities. I am looking forward to working with colleagues and partners to support the organisation's future ambitions and build on the strong foundations already in place.

Our five year strategy sets out our ambitions and direction of travel to 2028. Our focus will be on securing the future of the LIFT portfolio as core assets, working with partners and customers to identify the strategic need for the buildings, positioning them as key local cornerstones of place-based care and embedding them within ICS infrastructure strategies. Maximising their use will be critical, and will be underpinned by their quality, value and adaptability.
