Financial close has been reached for variation works at the Park House Health and Social Care Centre in Carlton, Nottingham. Internal reconfigurations will make use of underutilised void café space turning it into a new suite of clinical and treatment rooms.
A total investment of £810k, funded in full by CHP and supported by NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB and Greater Nottingham LIFTCo, the new treatment rooms will help increase productivity within the building and is another example of how CHP is supporting the Government’s mission to provide more services within the community, aiding prevention and taking pressure off local hospitals.
The building boasts services including two outpatient’s suites, podiatry, dental services, physiotherapy, Children and Young People’s services alongside GPs and Podiatry and the new clinical rooms will offer welcome new space within the building.
It has been fantastic to get this variation to financial close. Park House is another brilliant example of what can be achieved throughout our region following the variations in Nottingham at Clifton and Stapleford. I will look forward to seeing the changes complete and delivering more valuable services within the community.

Greater Nottingham LIFT Company (GNL) has been working collaboratively with CHP since July 2024 to progress the development of the variation works at Park House.
Project management resource to coordinate and oversee an end-to-end delivery has been provided by EMS Community Ventures (ECV), GNL’s Management Services Provider, through ECV’s supply chain member, Sewell Advisory.
