Jeanette Leach joins CHP as Regional Director for North West

Jeanette Leach has joined CHP as Regional Director – North West with over 20 years’ experience of senior leadership experience working across both Commissioner and Provider organisations in the NHS at local, regional and national level.

A significant part of her working career has been spent in Greater Manchester and the North West leading health and social care integration and transformation within the NHS. Jeanette has led large scale transformation and improvement programmes and boasts a wealth of experience working within the NHS.

Jeanette’s career started in 2001 and she has held numerous roles including work with Heywood Middleton and Rochdale CCG, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals, NHS England national team and more recently Greater Manchester Combined Authority and NHS Greater Manchester.

An exciting appointment for CHP, she has a wealth of experience working with systems and stakeholder management alongside procurement expertise, corporate governance and board committees through to contract management and performance of providers.

I am thrilled to be joining CHP as North West Regional Director at a significant time for the company. I hope to bring my expertise to the LIFTCo Boards and be an integral partner working with the three Integrated Care Systems in the region. I do everything I can to support them with their Infrastructure Strategy Programmes, and secure the future of the portfolio.

We’re incredibly pleased that Jeanette has joined CHP. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from across the region as well as nationally. Her ability to engage stakeholders will play a huge part in allowing us to help secure the future of the LIFT estate and keep our North West buildings as core assets within the NHS.
