A year filled with achievements for CHP
CHP continue to be committed to ensuring that our primary and community estate makes a valuable and core contribution to the delivery of health services in local communities. This year our expertise, buildings and staff have proved themselves crucial to NHS developments such as Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) and the Primary Care Data Gathering Programme facilitating future primary care delivery and accessibility.
In summary, 2021/22 was a year of challenges in which we maintained performance on key indicators which are an important cornerstone to our success. This places CHP in a strong position to continue supporting the NHS in 2022/23 in shaping the care environment by working with partners and customers.
