Using the CHP SoftFM Helpdesk

The CHP team have produced a poster reminding our 1300+ tenants about using the SoftFM helpdesk to ensure issues are recorded with a reference number, appropriate action taken and any costs allocated.  ORMs have distributed this poster electronically or it can also be printed and displayed in a CHP building. 

Tenants can log a request to the CHP Helpdesk online or by phoning 0161 868 9512
Please note: some CHP buildings have local SoftFM arrangements, as communicated by your ORM. 

CHP Tenant Hub

The hub covers information for CHP tenants on health and safety, sustainability, facilities management including HardFM, and SoftFM, leases, charges and billing.

In addition there is information on bookable rooms and filming at our premises.
