The CHP tenant satisfaction survey is now live!!! It will be open until Friday 25 February. We really want to hear your views of our service so we can work to continuously improve it.
If you are a CHP tenant, GP or member of an organisation using our buildings to deliver a service, you will receive an email link to the survey which is being undertaken by a totally independent outside survey company to guarantee confidentiality. The link will come from CHP@opinium.com so please make sure this email address can get through to your inbox.
We have a real commitment to continuous service improvement and the feedback from this survey will help us to identify any priority areas for improvement and also, of course, good practice which we can share across the Company.
As an added incentive to you, you can choose to enter a prize draw (anonymously if you wish) for a £100 Amazon voucher. There is one voucher for each of our regions – North West, North East, Midlands and East, London, and the South.
