CHP supports new Community Diagnostic Centres to benefit patients
CHP as part of the NHS is facilitating work to boost the provision of life-saving checks and diagnostics in community settings. At Finchley Community Hospital a Community Diagnostic Hub has opened in partnership with North Central London Integrated Care System and the Royal Free London.
