The £3.3 million project is a partnership between Community Health Partnerships (CHP) and NHS Coventry and Warwickshire. The GP team at Foleshill Surgery (part of Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance) opened to patients in August 2021. Foleshill Health Centre received Passivhaus Classic certification in October 2021 after a detailed scrutiny process. Energy usage monitoring shows a significant annual energy saving.
