The majority of CHP’s 308 buildings have clinical and non-clinical rooms which can be booked on a sessional basis – either on a regular basis, e.g. for a weekly clinic, or on an ad-hoc basis as one off bookings. Anyone can make a booking, whether a current building tenant or not.
For most of CHP’s properties with bookable space, an on-line booking system called TAP (Tenant Access Portal) is used which enables users to logon and book rooms directly.
If you require access to the booking system in use at the CHP building, or buildings, please contact the building’s Operations & Relationship Manager (ORM). If you do not know the local ORM for a building, please contact: info@communityhealthpartnerships.co.uk.
Users should make sure they have read the Bookable Rooms Terms and Conditions.
The hub covers information for CHP tenants on health and safety, sustainability, facilities management including HardFM, and SoftFM, leases, charges and billing.
