CHP Tenant Handbook

This tenant handbook will provide you with everything you need to know about our obligations and responsibilities, health and safety requirements, fire safety information and our dedication to creating a more sustainable portfolio of buildings. It will also allow you to understand your site in more detail together with knowledge about your obligations to us.

It is always our aim to work with our partners to deliver spaces for the benefit of our tenants, patients, service users and those who care for them. We want to maximise the benefits of our existing assets and respond to the need for alterations. CHP aims for its buildings to operate at the heart of their community. Should you need anything your dedicated Operations and
Relationship Manager (ORM) will be able to assist.
