Facilities Management

The CHP SoftFM Helpdesk provides a central number for tenants and Operations and Relationships Managers (ORMs) to log all Soft FM jobs.

Soft FM 

Soft FM (Facilities Management) refers to elements managed by people, like cleaning, gardening and security.

Hard FM 

Hard FM refers to physical structures like plumbing, doors and air conditioning. 

For any issues regarding either, please use the helpdesk information provided in the key contacts section above, look for the details in your building’s Tenant Handbook or ask your ORM how to do it. 

It is important if you are reporting a fault via telephone to leave your name, number and building so we can get back in touch with you as soon as possible 

The Helpdesk provides a single access number to log jobs, which will then be passed on to the relevant contractor for the individual building. It can be accessed at any time 24/7.

Services covered by the helpdesk

Services covered by the helpdesk include cleaning, security, window cleaning, grounds and gardening, feminine hygiene, pest control, clinical waste, domestic waste, confidential waste, gritting and medical gases.

If tenants have any questions, they should contact their building ORM.
