Tenant Access Portal: new guidance notes for tenants and users

CHP has reviewed all TAP Bookings System guidance notes for our Tenants, registered TAP users and CHP Property and Operations staff.  This review enabled the CHP team to update the guidance notes in line with the new system functionality, changes in processes, and to answer common questions about managing room bookings.

Registered TAP users can access these documents via the TAP portal to book rooms, edit, update information and produce reports.

Please read the enclosed document which explains how to find the user guides and other helpful documents within the TAP room booking system.

All documents are available as PDFs.


CHP ORMs will be distributing this information to all TAP users directly.

CHP’s Tenant Access Portal (TAP) is an online self-service room booking portal which allows users to make and manage bookings made for sessional room usage across approximately 200 of CHP’s buildings.

To register for a TAP account to start using our sessional spaces, please contact the building’s Operations & Relationship Manager (ORM) in the first instance.  If you don’t know who the ORM is please contact

CHP Tenant Hub

The hub covers information for CHP tenants on health and safety, sustainability, facilities management including HardFM, and SoftFM, leases, charges and billing. In addition there is information on bookable rooms and filming at our premises.
