Tenant Access Portal (TAP) self-service room booking

CHP’s Tenant Access Portal (TAP) is an online self-service room booking portal which allows users to make and manage bookings made for sessional room usage across approximately 200 of CHP’s buildings.

Within many of our buildings we have rooms which are not permanently demised to specific tenants but are instead made available for sessional use – ranging from use for 1 hour to the entire day.  Rooms can be booked for one-off use or for recurring requirements such as the same room at the same time each week, month etc. to allow you to plan recurring services.

While room types available will vary between buildings there will be a wide variety of both clinical rooms, such as consulting, examination, treatment, and even minor operation suites along with non-clinical rooms such as meeting spaces, interview rooms, and administration areas.

TAP can be used to access sessional space within a building whether you are a current leased CHP tenant looking for additional ad-hoc space or if you do not have a CHP lease but wish to use a space on an occasional basis to meet your needs.

CHP Tenant Hub

The hub covers information for CHP tenants on health and safety, sustainability, facilities management including HardFM, and SoftFM, leases, charges and billing. In addition there is information on bookable rooms and filming at our premises.
