CHP are aware there has been substantial level of media coverage regarding electricity supplies during the winter months ahead and concern from some of our tenants, so this information is being shared to help tenants with winter planning. Please pass this on to your tenants as soon as possible.

The National Grid Electricity Systems Operators published their Winter outlook for 2022/23 this month and the report advises that they have reviewed a number of scenarios given market conditions and implemented various measures to assist in their respective winter planning.

In summary, the National Grid have advised the MOST LIKELY scenario is that there will be NO interruptions to supply.
