Helpdesk email changes
On 1 November, CHP’s Soft FM helpdesk provider will change to Mitie.
The original helpdesk number will remain the same, 0161 868 9512. We will be implementing two new email addresses as the provider is changing.
- For fault reporting or any queries please email helpdesk@mitie.com
- For any ad hoc works that need a quote, or are outside of the usual contracted service, please email quotes@mitie.com.
The new helpdesk service is based on a digital portal, Aria. Future developments will include an app for logging and tracking jobs. This new digital service will streamline the reporting process for any soft facilities management issues. We will update you as the enhancements are rolled out, with guidance on how to access the new services.
Cleaning and security contract update
We are aware of some issues with the new cleaning and security contracts as we have moved to our new supplier, and they move to full business as usual delivery within our buildings. Please be assured that CHP and Mitie are working very closely to resolve any issues that arise as quickly as possible. Please do though continue to report any matters to the helpdesk details above, so we can be sure to pick up the full position.
