On 1 November 2024 CHP’s Soft FM Help Desk provider changed to Mitie.
The original Soft FM Help Desk number will remain the same 0161 868 9512.
We are implementing two new email addresses as the provider is changing.
How to use the Soft FM Help Desk
Tenants can log a request to the Help Desk by phoning 0161 868 9512
For fault reporting or any queries please email chp.helpdesk@mitie.com
For any ad hoc works that need a quote, or are outside of the usual contracted service, please email chp.quotes@mitie.com.
Please note: some CHP buildings have local Soft FM arrangements, as communicated by your ORM.
CHP Tenant Hub
The hub covers information for CHP tenants on health and safety, sustainability, facilities management including HardFM, and SoftFM, leases, charges and billing.
In addition there is information on bookable rooms and filming at our premises.
