Shared ambition

We work with partners and customers on a shared vision and objectives to deliver the best solutions and outcomes for local communities and the NHS. We are committed to and experienced in enabling the shift of patient care from the acute sector into communities closer to people’s homes through fit for purpose infrastructure.

Collaboration and partnership

As an NHS company, we work in partnership with local health and care systems to provide innovative and sustainable plans and spaces for patient care. Our unique position as an NHS company working with national, regional and local teams enables us to instil consistency and share innovation.

Skills, scale and capability

We are experts in estates strategy and optimisation, data collection and analysis, space utilisation, property management, property development, project management and the management of partnering services. We have a highly skilled in-house team which is supplemented by our associate supply chain and our wider third-party contractor partners via our pre-procured LIFT framework.

Informed client

We understand the NHS and its infrastructure needs. We have the in-house capability to act as the informed client for our NHS partners and take responsibility for the ownership, management and delivery of a defined project or range of services on behalf of our partners, reducing costs whilst enhancing programme outcomes.

Expert supply chain

We have a procurement safe pre-agreed supply chain via our LIFTCo partners with a range of proven specialist skills through the Strategic Partnering Agreement. This enables us to move at speed to support the NHS with planning and strategy, as well as subsequent delivery.

Cost

As we are an NHS company, we are able to provide services at efficient rates which have been benchmarked and are in line with other public sector property services. We are cost-effective, focused, all work is agreed in detail in advance, and delivered on an open book basis.
