We take an active role in managing our LIFT Companies’ contractual performance. This ensures that our joint venture partnerships are delivering best value for the NHS.
We have developed a Performance Framework in collaboration with our LIFT Companies to meet our Head Tenant obligations as defined in the LPA and LRA documentation. The outputs of our LIFT Companies Performance Framework provides assurance that the LIFT Companies are performing against contract, that any issues are identified and resolved quickly, and we can drive continuous improvement.
Good engagement with our joint venture partners ensures we regularly receive and review data from the LIFT Companies. This data covers an agreed set of Key Performance Indicators and measures the overall status against contractual service level agreements.
